At AA Collection Pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a smooth and fair process.

📌 Return Policy

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer.

📌 Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days after we receive the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Daraz wallet, bank transfer, or other payment option used at checkout).

  • For returns made without any reason (customer simply changes mind), 5% of the order amount will be deducted as a processing/restocking fee.

📌 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days for defective or wrong items delivered.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges due to our mistake will be covered by us.

📌 Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs (for no-reason returns) must be paid by the customer.

  • AA Collection Pk reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
